Jonathan Frisby – Managing Director

Jonathan started his career as a researcher at TWI. Within a couple of years he graduated to producing and directing various sports series, before making the move to Channel One as a video journalist, where he met Luke. Learning to multi skill (research, script, film, and edit) they produced and directed factual entertainment together for two years before establishing Two Hand Productions in 1996, with their first commission for Channel 5.

Luke Gallie – Managing Director

Luke started his career in a small independent production company producing corporate, fashion and pop promos. He joined Channel One  in 1994 where he met up with Jonathan.  Since forming Two Hand Productions with Jonathan he has executive produced and directed some 15 series.

Janine Melton – Head of Production

Janine is the latest addition to the team, joining Two Hand as head of production to oversee all of our projects. From her early days working on "Wish You Were Here", she's worked her way up the production ladder over the past 8 years and she does a fantastic job keeping all our plates spinning at once.

Jamie Crawford - Head of Development

Jamie started life as a linguist, Reuters journalist and then travel writer before moving into television. He joined Two Hand two in 2005 and mixes running the development team with presenting. Jamie fronts our latest series "In Too Deep" for Animal Planet, and previously presented "Michaela's Wild Challenge".

Emily Elgar – Development Producer

Since graduating with an MA in Social Anthropology, Emily has worked as a researcher and producer on a number of documentaries, from sex trafficking for HBO to a portrait of infamous Aylesbury Council Estate, Peckham. Emily now works in development, crafting new ideas and creating new formats.

Tom Keeling – Director/ Camerman/ Editor

Tom is the ultimate all-rounder who came into television after studying music. He's worked at Two Hand for almost five years and has been involved in almost every production. He's currently shooting , directing and editing our Animal Planet series "In Too Deep" and when he's not doing that he'll be found composing the music for all our shows.

           
Will Ridgeon – Cameraman/ Editor

Will joined Two Hand in 2005 as a researcher and has been here ever since. Having initially studied biology followed by a masters in science communication Will has built up a wide skill base that sees him producing and directing preschool programmes one week and shooting and editing wildlife series the next.

Ellie Green – Editor

Ellie has been with us since 2007. She studied classics at Durham and then toured the post production houses before coming to Two Hand to work full time as an editor. She is currently working on a major project for Vidal Sassoon.

Annie McGeoch – Finance Manager

Annie has been holding the purse strings for Two Hand for over a decade.
